The true story of David Rothenberg whose disturbed father set him on fire.

David is a six-year-old boy who is caught in the middle of his two feuding (and divorced) parents. His father, Charles, kidnaps and takes him to California, where he eventually sets him on fire as a means of revenge against his mother, Marie. He receives third degree burns over 90% of his body.
